Preschool & Children
Keep these words that I am commanding you today in your heart. Recite them to your children and talk about them when you are at home and when you are away, when you lie down and when you rise.

Preschoolers and children are most important at Starling Avenue Baptist Church. We know that they have much to teach us about faith with their curiosity, wonder, and energy.
Preschoolers
From babies to pre-K, we seek to nurture the growth and development of young children and support their families during these formative years. In a loving and safe environment, we share of God’s love for them and the world that God created. Special events for preschoolers and families are held throughout the year.
First time visitors, we are happy to welcome you and your children by sharing our check-in procedures to protect your children in our care. All volunteers working with preschoolers, children, and youth have undergone background checks.
Children
Children bring such joy to our congregation with their questions, silliness, and insights. We strive to cultivate these child-like qualities as we explore God’s world, interact with Biblical stories, and experience God’s love.

Youth
Youth are an integral part of our church community! Our youth ministry strives to provide a welcoming environment for teenagers to ask questions of faith, explore who God has created them to be, and to develop relationships with others.
Adults
Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.

Our congregation has a long history of enjoying being together, whether around the tables for a meal or around the Scriptures for study. Sunday School class for adults is offered on Sundays at 10:00 am with Bible Study on Wednesdays at both 10:30 am and 6:00 pm.
Adult Fellowship is an opportunity for older adults to gather together for meals, go exploring on trips, and enjoying being together. Events are held throughout the year.
Library
Located on the second floor, you can find an incredible collection of books, multimedia, puzzles, etc. in our Church Library. Check our catalog to see if we have the book you are looking for.
The library is open on days when there are activities at the church.
